Everything you need to know about participating in the Code & Create Award 2026

Eligibility Criteria

  • Projects must have been launched within the last 10 years
  • Open to individuals, teams, and organizations worldwide
  • All age groups and experience levels are welcome
  • Students, professionals, and independent creators can participate
  • No geographical restrictions apply
  • Commercial and open-source projects are welcome

Submission Requirements

  • Project description with clear objectives and outcomes
  • Technical documentation including tools, technologies, and architecture
  • Working demo (live URL) or video demonstration
  • Source code repository link (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket or similar) when available
  • Screenshots, mockups, or visual materials showcasing the project
  • All submissions must be original work created by the applicant(s)

Evaluation Summary

  • Projects are scored using a 100-point system
  • Minimum score to win: 80 points
  • If no entry reaches 80 points, the category may have no winner

Review Summary

  • Submissions are checked for eligibility and completeness
  • Qualified entries are reviewed by an expert jury
  • Scores are compiled and winners are selected by final scoring

Terms & Conditions

  • Multiple entries are allowed across different categories
  • One project can only win in one category
  • Submission does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights
  • Organizers may use submitted materials for promotional purposes with credit when feasible
  • False information or plagiarism results in disqualification
  • Organizers may modify rules if necessary with timely notice

Important Notes

  • No extensions after the submission deadline
  • Incomplete submissions will not be reviewed
  • Only English-language submissions are accepted
  • Participants must ensure links and demos remain accessible during the review period
