You retain ownership of the projects you submit. By submitting, you grant Code & Create Awards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and publish your submission, along with your name, title, organization, country, and image, in connection with the awards program, including its promotion and its historical archive.
All submissions are subject to verification. We reserve the right to disqualify any submission that contains false, misleading, or unverifiable information. By submitting a project, you grant Code & Create Awards the right to:
Submissions that are not selected for an award will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.
Submissions are evaluated by an independent jury according to the criteria published in the Evaluation Framework for the relevant edition. The evaluation process is multi-stage, and decisions of the jury are final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding individual scores or outcomes. Where no submission in a category meets the required standard, we may decline to confer an award in that category. Awards are personal to the recipient and may not be transferred or sold. Recipients may reference their award accurately, stating the category and year in full, and may not imply a status that was not conferred.
